Registration fees are listed.
A FULL Registration includes over $500.00 worth of music packets, all reading sessions, concerts, banquets, breaks, and devotional times.
An ASSOCIATE Registration includes all the above except music packets, and is available only with a Full Registration from the same church.
A SPOUSE Registration includes only meals and breaks, and admission to the "Spouses' Fellowship". (Please note that a SPOUSE Registration does not permit admission to any of the MUSIC sessions during the day) A SPOUSE Registration is available only with a FULL Registration from the same church.

80% of your registration (either type) is fully refundable if you need to cancel and notify us by 12/29/07. Sorry, due to advance room and meal guarantees made with our hotel, no refunds can be given after this date.
AT-DOOR REGISTRATIONS
At-door registrations are accepted only as space is available. Advance registration for 2008 will close on Wednesday, January 2, 2008. You may register at the door the day of the conference. Please note that all sessions are open only to those registered for the conference.

SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT CHILD CARE, WHAT TO WEAR, ETC...
Due to the fact that conference days are somewhat "long", sitters authorized by the hotel are relatively expensive, and the meal selections are geared towards our adult registrants, we strongly suggest that for your comfort and leisure, as well as a courtesy to our other paid registrants, children NOT accompany you to The Gathering.
Since this is a casual, resort atmosphere, we suggest you bring "sporty-casual" clothing that you will be comfortable in. “Layered” clothing (sweaters, sweatshirts, etc) is very appropriate and may help you adjust to the varying temperatures in meeting rooms and reading sessions.
